What are the criteria for me to join the study?

The study is recruiting adults who have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or Postpartum Depression in the past 6 months and are taking medication. The study is not a good fit for people suffering from severe mental health disorders, or who need urgent care and treatment. Also, to join the study, you must have an iOS mobile phone.
