Understanding the layout of the Feel app homepage

The Feel app homepage displays a list of tasks that you need to complete during the study. Just tap on each item and follow the instructions as they pop up. You will know that you have finished when the completed items are shown as red with a white checkmark on the side. Every week, new items will become available for you to complete.
