My Feel Emotion Sensor does not fit well. What should I do?

If while wearing the Feel Emotion Sensor the heart rate sensor (green and orange) LED lights do not flash, and you do not get enough emotion notifications throughout the day, it is likely that your device is not positioned correctly.

We recommend that you try some of the following which have resolved fit issues in the past:

  • Try to adjust the Feel Emotion Sensor strap to make it a bit tighter or looser
  • Wear the Feel Emotion Sensor slightly higher or lower on your wrist so that it adjusts better
  • Wear the Feel Emotion Sensor on your non-dominant hand
