I’m getting an error message on my app. What should I do?
If you see an error message on your app, take a screenshot, or write down the text of the error message. Then send us a message through the app settings (bottom left on the homepage) including a description of when the error message appeared, and what action you took in the app right up to the point that the error message appeared. You can attach a screenshot - or a photo from your device - to the message you’re sending us by using the attachment icon in the section “Send a Message”.
