I cannot connect to my Feel Emotion Sensor

There could be several reasons why you cannot connect the Feel Emotion Sensor to the Feel app. Below are some tests you can do to help you resolve the issue.

Charging test: The first thing to check is whether the sensor is charging properly. When charging, the LED light on the Feel Emotion Sensor should be red. After about one and a half hours, the LED light on the sensor should then turn green.

Wake-up test: Once your Feel Emotion Sensor is charged, remove it from the charger and position it correctly on your dominant hand, adjusting the strap to ensure close contact with your skin. At this point, the (green and orange) LED lights on the Feel Emotion Sensor should start flickering.

Reboot: If none of the above works, try pressing the button on the Feel Emotion Sensor for about 10 seconds. Then, put the device on again, making sure it is in contact with your skin. This is the process of rebooting the Feel Emotion Sensor.

A few more things you could try are: Turning Bluetooth off and on again, closing and re-opening your app, and rebooting your phone.

If you have tried all the above and still face issues, you can either read the relevant articles in the FAQ section “The Feel app cannot find my Feel Emotion Sensor”, ”Connecting to your Feel Emotion Sensor” or contact us through the app settings under Help (“Call us” or “Send a Message”).
