Can I reschedule sessions with my Feel Provider?
It is not possible to reschedule your sessions for a different day and time. However, if you inform us that you are not able to attend your session for a particular week, we can reschedule that week’s session for the same day and time a week later. This means that you will end the program a week later. In order for this to happen, you will need to inform support at least 24 hours before your session. This reschedule can only be done once.
To contact support and inform about a session you are not able to attend, go to your App > Settings > Contact us.
