I missed my session, what next?

The program includes four sessions with your Feel Provider, an introductory session which last for 45 minutes and three more sessions which last for 15 minutes.

If you miss a session with your provider, you will still be assigned material to cover by your provider and you should continue the emotion logging process as you would do normally. The only difference is that you won’t meet your provider for this week. 

If you know you won’t make it to a session beforehand, you can contact us through your app and request a session shift, which will reschedule all your sessions by a week, so that you don’t miss your next session. For this to happen, you need to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your session. You can only request such a reschedule of sessions once in the program.  

If you wish to reschedule your sessions before completing the introductory one, please provide 3 different time-windows in your message to support (through your app) so we can also reschedule your introductory session. The rest of your sessions will be held on the same day and time as your original schedule. The times will be confirmed to you by our support team.
