I get an error message on my app. What should I do?
If you see an error message on your app, take a screenshot or write down the text of the error message. You should send us a message through your app including a description of when the error message appeared and what action you took in the app right up to the point the error message appeared. You can attach a screenshot or photo from your device to the message you send us, using the attachment icon in the section 'Contact us'.
